Room size was great however it seems to be succumbing to wear and tear. Stain on couch and marks on dresser, unable to use balcony.

The whole process was seamless, Staff very pleasant, room very nice with a great view of the brigs and river, my only complaint would be the hot breakfast food it was luke warm and could have been hotter. that’s why I have deducted a star.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel with very friendly staff. We had the Bruce suite which was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast before leaving also. Only complaint was the sealant round the shower had a substantial amount of black mould.
