The toilet didn't flush, so my husband had to fix it. Didn't call maintenance, because it took him like 5 minutes. Our remote to the tv worked intermittently & breakfast was mediocre. Hoping my stay at the Baymont in Minneapolis in a few weeks is a much better experience!

Good enough stay for an overnight trip. Lobby area feels almost like a game room/kid’s area, so I was unsure at first where to check in. Otherwise, stay was pleasant aside from the blinds handle breaking and the television remote not working.

Nice hotel, had a spacious well appointed room. My only complaint is that the doors to the hotel rooms are very heavy and slam shut so it was a bit noisy at times.

Best Western West Towne Suites
Staff was so friendly and helpful. Made to order hot breakfast was delicious and an added bonus. Room was very clean and spacious. Will definitely book at this hotel again. A lot of great restaurants and shopping right around the corner.

It was a very noisy night. The children running up and down the hall did not quiet down until 11:30pm. A basketball tournament was going on and there were many noisy people milling about.
