The pillows were amazing! The bed was okay! The breakfast was tasty and it wasn’t the same everyday. The people were friendly and helpful! The hot tub is huge and nice and hot! It helped melt away the winter aches. There are lots of good shops nearby. We had fun!

They need to least At least Vacuum daily if they don’t service, Room cleaning every 3 days so never cleaned in 3 days. Carpets get gross.

Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Madison West - Middleton by IHG
Staff great. Room 4055 needs a new mattress as it sinks in the middle. I reported to the desk clerk that the fire alarm was hanging 5 inches down from the ceiling and no light on it to show working. Staff very friendly , Resturant food we enjoyed in the lobby at night was very good.

Room was clean and quiet. People were super friendly. The workout space was very large with good equipment. Did not use the pool, but it appeared very clean and the water temp was warm to the touch.
