the rooms were clean, the elevator was out of order with the stairwell being the alternative. the stairwell could have used a good cleaning. the coffee and ice machines worked 1/2 the time. breakfast was pricey

There was very little food at the breakfast buffet and the staff apologized saying they’d run out. That was highly disappointing seeing we had 2 young kids to feed before getting on a flight.

The Whiteface Lodge
Room was clean and beds made everyday. Always plenty of towels in the room. Robes were great and slippers for spa was a plus. My kids were so excited they had cookies waiting for them.
