Room was not the cleanest when we arrived but staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Quiet place to lay our heads between ski days, and within walking distance of food/bars and coffee shops in the morning.

Hotel Colorado
The view was so beautiful! Staff were very accommodating & friendly. My grandson asked for a tour of the Roosevelt Suite which they provided right away. The building has lots of history. Added benifit is it’s close to the springs!

Hotel Glenwood Springs
The hot tub was broken and the pool was freezing. We booked this place as we have two little kids that we had planned to use the pool. They were able to stay in the water enough to do the slide once and then had to get out to warm up. We will not be going back.

Residence Inn by Marriott Vail
Staff was very defensive and short when asked a simple question as if we were bothering them.Staff was not welcoming, did not greet us not one time during our stay. Staff did not bring us towels when asked we had to call again the next day to receive more towels.
