Clean, adequate linen amount, room laid out well, front desk gentleman friendly for unscheduled late night check in, cleaning crew friendly! Missed breakfast however the room just off check in desk was clean and well organized.

Clean rooms. Very polite tenants. They do a great job. I stay a few times a month. Great price. Definitely suggest this hotel over any other in Benton Harbor for the price.

Staff was great! However, had to switch rooms due to spots on floor and bed, had to get staff to open pool and gym. Card access did not work (hotel rule). Once switched, beds were comfy, room was clean. Decent breakfast.

Courtyard by Marriott St. Joseph Benton Harbor
This is a really nice hotel with many of the amenities and thoughtful touches for which Marriott is known. The staff were all excellent, the lobby is perfect for small groups desiring to gather but with some privacy, and our room was very comfy. The pool and gym are also very nice.
