Staff was friendly & helpful. EASY access to the Sphere. A wide variety of on premesis restaurants to enjoy. It was our first time in Vegas, but every time we come back, we'll be staying at the Venetian. Great experience.

Casino is fine. It seems like other casinos are more lively. Minimum $15 black jack and roulette even during the day. Our room wasn't espcially clean but not so bad I wouldn't stay there again. Restaurants were all really good.

Horseshoe Las Vegas
The check-in process was a nightmare. They had about 20 self-serve kiosks but the kiosks did not work to complete the self-check out. Because of that there was a super long line to check in with a live agent. There weren't enough agents. The kiosk process definitely could use some improvement!
