Comfort Inn Bay City - Riverfront
Had to go to front desk for a tv guide none in the room I had to take pajamas off . Then I had to go down a second time to tell them the remote volume did not work and could not do any thing about it . For the price I will stay somewhere else next time when we stay in bay city .

Waited for 20 minutes for yogurt and bananas to be restocked. Not a huge problem but thought it was a bit long. Microwave door broken in room. Handle to room broken. The worst—- Feces left in the toilet. That tells you the room was NOT cleaned. The worst Marriott I have stayed at. Very disappointed ...

DoubleTree by Hilton Bay City - Riverfront
We had a comfortable sleep. The facility appears to be a bit older. Our bathtub was dirty and had a grime ring around it. There was toilet paper in the toilet upon arrival. Not the cleanest place I have stayed, but the location was good.
