HOTEL MYSTAYS Fuji Onsen Resort
Run down and the rooms were not clean. You also can not control the temperature to cool down the room, only heat it so it was very hot. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7 am and you need to wait in line awhile to get in. Not a great experience.

Room was clean and up to standards but the steps from the bathroom hurt my husband’s heels and mine too when we were going to the bathroom at night. People are nice though especially at receptionist
