Amazing property by the ocean. Very low key. Lava Lava has wonderful food. The staff was super nice. The location was perfect for us. Will come again.

Hilton Garden Inn Kauai Wailua Bay, HI
Dirty rooms. Dust everywhere. Doors that only I could close because it was so heavy. So my wife could not. No room service. I had to change the sheets myself. To compensate they did give me the parking for free. Will not stay there ever again!

Pool is dirty and very cold! No heater. Room air conditioner was off from 2am to 5am. Parking is far and you need to pay for It. you wanna valet? Additional charge plus tip. I was about not to mention all of this but they did not let us do late check out. Not even 1/2 hour. We stayed for 6 nights ...

I think my deck should have had two lounge chairs instead of one. There were not enough dresser drawers in the room. The hall rug on floor one was a bit shabby. Overall though, very nice property and great staff.
