The hotel was nice and clean, and service was good. The breakfast was good, only they were out of paper plates, but they were able to find a small amount from somewhere, I guess a little bit of complaining helps.

Overall I give a 95 out of a 100. Only thing that's bad was the breakfast. When it says free breakfast its not like other hotels. It's a grab n go. Muffins, coffeemaker fruit. So the free breakfast sux, but the overall was great

Best Western Plus Fenton
The room we were assigned to, the floor was sticky and had spilled liquid. Reported this to the front desk, and she blew me off. The breakfast staff was excellent with a few mishaps with (1) coffee maker operating, and no cranberry juice.

Overall a great stay. Staff were friendly and spoke anytime we passed and were extremely helpful. Bathroom in room was extremely small. Breakfast was good although it was same thing every morning.

Building with long history. Has a few leaks and needs a bit of updating, carpet and outside doors, but comfortable and in a convenient location. Would have preferred a room not on the side of the noisy interstate hwy.

Good breakfast, parking was easy and you could have 2nd floor without steps. Near hwy so it is a bit noisy, but overall a nice hotel, too cool for pool yet so can’t comment
