This hotel was perfect for us. We stayed 3 nights before we boarded our cruise ship. They had a free shuttle to Kawasaki station that made getting to the sights in Tokyo easy. The breakfast every morning was excellent. We loved our stay. Wonderful room, wonderful staff. We felt at home

Check-in was a combination of Jurassic park and the Stepford Wives. No humans. Needed some assistance and was assisted almost immediately. Small room, however well equipped. Very good breakfast buffet with lots of choices (western and Asian). Overall good experience
