Room was not clean. Stains on the sheets stains on the shower curtains not to mention the sink or the tub would not drain! No toilet paper in the bathrooms just a half roll left on the holder. Room was nice, clean, mostly quiet. As soon as we stepped off the elevator we could tell that someone had been smoking pot. That odor finally cleared after about 2 hours.

The staff was very helpful! The room was great! The breakfast, ice cream, coffee bar were excelent. The kids loved the indoor pool. Will be our go to stay from bow on when visiting Saint Louis.
