I love this hotel, this was our second stay here. It's in a great location, close to Merchant City and a stone throw from GLQ. The hotel is modern, but the rooms have a slightly classic feel, the beds are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious.

Rooms freezing, small radiator for large room. Breakfast excellent. Bar staff great. Rooms would be great if warm, i remember putting this same review in about the rooms being cold 20 years ago, maybe theve not got round to it yet. ? Staff pleasant.
