"Lovely hotel. We had a room upgrade as it was a birthday which was great. Customer service when we arrived on reception was not great. There was no enthusiasm to see us or smiles from the man. I think he was new as unsure in himself. But even so he could be more welcoming"

"Room was comfortable, Kitchen well equipped but only 4 tea bags, 1 coffee sachet, 2 dishwasher tablets for a 2 night stay. Sofa bed was quite heavy to pull in and out. Pool was lovely, grounds fantastic and very quiet. Overall we had a lovely stay."
