It is a nice modern hotel in the center of town, but in a place that is easy to get to. I liked the fact that they had a pool table in the lobby and a great restaurant around the back. Would def recommend.

Mill Falls Resort Collection at the Lake
Front desk staff non existent, toilet overflowed 5am, called 4x’s, shower not draining either. Finally maintenance came at 10am said something wrong in main plumbing, can’t unclog it. Opened a different room for us to shower in time for 11am check out. I so badly wanted to love this place.

Staff was awesome, but a few maintenance items I wouldn’t expect for the price we paid. Bathroom sink didn’t drain properly, there were dirty towels left in the room, the laundry room coin machine didn’t work, the dryer didn’t heat the clothes. The front desk people were very helpful. The room was nice. My Mom and I are below average short (under 5') and had a hard time getting in and out of the beds, and the shampoo, etc bottles fixed to the wall were too high for us to reach. Other than that, it suited our last minute needs.

Winnisquam Lake Inn
Room felt neglected- no shower curtain, TV did not work, walls and screen window was shabby - I kinda expected some neglect - this seemed like too much. Then saw the smoke detector cover was missing and lost confidence in it’s safety so left and booked at another location.

Couldn't have asked for a nicer stay! Despite brutal weather the hotel was warm and comfortable, had welcoming staff and a great restaurant and lounge. Rooms were very clean. Will definitely stay here again.
