Check in was 3:00. Our room was not ready until after 4:30. The remote for the TV only changed channels. The lighting in the bathroom was very dark, which made it hard to see when putting on makeup or doing much of anything. The pool area was small.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Sad that the pool was closed. Wish I would have known that when I booked as I would not have stayed. Breakfast is very bland. Don't like that you have to ask to have your room cleaned if you stay for multiple days and must be notified by 9am.
