A couple was screaming at 2:30 in the morning last night on the first floor for what had to be about 30 minutes. For all the common area cameras and being right around the corner from the front desk, they allowed it to go on. For what we paid, that should have been assessed and fast.

The room was very clean, and when I asked for another bottle of the best-smelling soap ever because ours was low, they brought it right up. Zero complaints. Room was quiet and had a beautiful view of the lake.

Ended up getting charged for multiple nights instead of the single night we stayed, manager did not respond promptly, and refund took forever to come back because staff and manager did not handle on their end properly. Will not stay again. Would not recommend.
