Very good

The layout was very nice and it was in a very walkable area. However, the property wasn't secure. The door was left unlocked and that was a little unsettling. The place was spacious and fit me and my family very well. However, I'd read on previous ratings that the owner doesn't answer. The owner didn't answer any of my messages prior to the trip or during. I thought that was odd. For example, it would've been helpful to know what we do with the towels when leaving or if we were required to strip the beds. Also please have someone fix the door lock, it's a little loose and janky. Other than that it was a good place

everything but the view.

Great location with an easy check in. We were woken each night at 1am with noise of crashing glass and loud people from the alley side. Maybe the other side of the building was quieter. We had a non smoking room but the smell of smoke did infiltrate our bathroom.

The hotel was decent overall, but there is room for improvement. The room was clean and the pool was nice, which were definite positives. However, the hotel and lobby are located on the 10th floor, and one of the elevators was out of service for our entire stay, which was inconvenient. Some areas and details of the hotel could also use updating.

The staff were wonderful.
