The front desk staff member is very professional and helpful! He was also detailed in explaining the location of the pantry and ice machines. Rooms are clean and parking was convenient and easily accessible to the entrance. We will stay here again

Disappointed. Stayed on a road trip from Texas to Illinois. Pool played a big part in choosing the property but was unavailable during our one night stay because they were working on the roof. Would have been nice if they offered a discounted rate because of that. Breakfast was not “English style”, just a buffet. Bathroom in room was smelly. The adjacent bar/restaurant and tavern in the hotel were enjoyable.

We def will be staying here again after our last hotel experience

The property was excellent, and the home was very warm and welcoming.

For the price, this hotel was definitely not worth it. Staff was awesome but our room was dirty, AC didn't work and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Do not recommend.

Love this quirky hotel right on the Delmar Loop. Comfy and fun. Our dog loved it too! Only issue was the AC was extremely loud and made periodic bangs that made it hard to sleep.
