I booked a king room, and when I went to check in… I was told there were no king rooms and I was placed in a double queen. I was also told they were going through a computer upgrade and that seemed to delay check-in. Otherwise it was a great experience.

Booked and prepaid for my room. Arrived and was informed they had no rooms available. Spent 30 minutes working through a refund process when I should’ve been getting to sleep. Mgr was nice. Couldn’t find a hotel anywhere! Horrible experience considering.
