Had to call reception because my neighbour decided to have a party from midnight to 3am. With the walls being paper thin it was like they were in my room music blasting. Indidnt care that they where enjoying, good for them but moving me to a different room wasnt an option

Holiday Inn Basildon by IHG
The staff were very accommodating even when we were early, they managed to sort out a spotless room with 3 double beds, and was lovely and spacious. The downside is the expensive parking £24 for 2 days. Not sure why it's not free. It's on a retail park.
