Easy walking distance from London City Airport, and excellent customer service. I really enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, the comfortable exceptionally well designed room, breakfast buffet, and noon checkout. Highly recommend!

Clean spacious rooms. Helpful courteous staff. Lovely included breakfast Perfect for events at the O2, 108 service stops outside , just a 15 ride away. Free parking is hit and miss ( mainly miss)

Hotel staff, bar, restaurant, location all fantastic. Room was acceptable but too warm and wasn't able to control the heating very easily. Window didn't open. Pillows too thin.
