great valet parking, check in took a bit of time because there were several wedding parties checking in at the same time, love the hotel, great location, easy walking distance to or event wanted to eat in the Palm Lounge for breakfast but they were a bit overwhelmed so we went elsewhere

We had a great stay here, we love this place. The only issue we had was the people above us for the first couple of days were very loud walking back and forth in their room in the early morning and late at night.

The handle of my shower fell off when I turned the shower on but I was able to make it work. I wasn't able to make the coffee maker work. For the first hour of breakfast the coffee wasn't out yet. It was a very nice hotel overall. The surrounding is a little sketchy with a lot of people who were experiencing homelessness near by. The 7/11 across the street was a little scary to go to as a young female at night is the only thing, but besides that the hotel was great
