When I pulled up I thought it looked like a standard type Florida motel but……. I was wrong. Once you enter the back of the resort you will be totally surprised with 2 really nice pools, jacuzzi, very clean beach scene, beach restaurant , gourmet restaurant and bar and a really nice coffee shop.

Grateful for a nice, quiet hotel in a great location with a good view. Great bones (like marble bathroom) but was quite run down. Appreciate the sound proofing. For the amount paid, I'd hope for cleaner and updated hotel with a better in-room coffee maker.

The bathroom was dirty. Tray on the counter hadn’t been wiped down in forever it looked like. There was a gross toilet brush in there. Floor in shower looked dirty. Flours in general were not clean. Generally clean room, but we did see a couple of German cockroaches in the room. No parking which isn’t ideal. No breakfast. Overall a pleasant stay though.

Hollander Boutique Hotel
Great little hotel in a fantastic location. A super quick walk to plenty of restaurants & museums. Both the restaurant & bakery in the hotel were good-we ate there multiple times because my kids liked it so much. Pool was clean & not super busy. Staff was extremely helpful & pleasant.
