This’s the best hotel I’ve ever been in so far!! Sooo clean best staff very nice and helpful! I would give them 1000/100 literally. They are sooo unique respectful and they got the best service. They deserve every penny!!!

The location of Restays Ottawa is excellent, away from the very noisy Byward market area but close to major tourist attractions and an easy and beautiful walk to restaurants and high end pubs including the market area. The rooms were above average with good quality appliances and furnishings for acceptably spacious 1 bedroom suites. Staff very helpful and friendly. The balconies of our suites were very small and looked across the street into a very large office building with lots of windows! Not a major issue for us as we spent almost no daylight hours in the suite, but definitely not a space we would have found comfortable to lounge around in until the evening. Overall, very good value for money, I would recommend it over many other hotels and suites in Ottawa.

The hotel is well situated, close to the outlet and restaurants. The check in staff was friendly and the process was quick. The room was spacious. Please next time check that the sink is not clogged and the desk chairs need to be replaced.
