"We like this hotel and the location. During this visit we found out that the AC wasn’t working well and the refrigerator didn’t work at all. But we only stayed 1 night (booked and paid for 2 nights) so we ignored it. And booked another hotel for rest of our trip of 5 days."

"We have visiting Saddlebrook for years. I understand they are going through some renovations so we will definitely be going back in the future. Can’t wait to experience the changes. I hope it all comes to together soon."
