Great access to the gym. Bar and breakfast attached to the hotel. Helpful, friendly staff. Had to go to the front desk for TP and hand soap. Received what I needed but should have been in the room. Not a deal breaker but an obvious thing that could be corrected.

Heartland Inn
The toilets arm in the tank was broke and we had to had lift the thing inside the tank to flush. They had no other room available. Then the air conditioner had to be unplugged and plugged back in to work again. It shut off and didn’t restart unless unplugged and plugged in again.

Pool was great, big and room enough to not get splashed by all the kids in there. That's where the good stuff ended. Room was out of Shampoo, didn't smell clean, it was cold and heat was on full blast, curtains didn't close all the way so it was bright all night long. Several girls basketball teams ...

Communal areas dirty. Pool looks sick. Room was ok at initial entrance, but every area was dirty and gross. Breakfast and staff non-existent.
