Never used the room. We found out only when we arrived that the motel doesn't have an elevator - only steep and narrow stairs to the room we would have been using.

We wouldn’t get our room turned over, no clean towels or garbage emptied as we stayed two nights. The ice machine was broken and our room heater fan made a horrible noise. This is the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
