I had an issue with the reservation, caused by a computer issue not a person. Staff was extremely helpful and nice to get everything corrected! Some of the nicest and most polite staff at a hotel I have seen, including the valets. Highly Recommend!

Room was fine however our neighbor had 2 barking dogs at all hours. I had to go outside at 11:30pm and shout outside their door to shut those dogs up and I was not the only person standing outside because of this. I will never stay at a dog friendly place again. The Commonwealth
Charming spot and the valet and front desk team were lovely. However, our room smelled musty and there was no hand soap in the bathroom requiring us to pump body wash from the shower every time we washed our hands

Valet parking is difficult and expensive, we couldn’t get the trash taken out, and every 15 minutes or so all night something clanged… so while the hotel is pretty… no real sleep at all.
