LaniKai Hotel & Restaurant
No one was on site when we arrived. Gave us an unacceptable room. Restaurant on site was closed. Complained about Hotel.com. Said he didn’t have time to confirm with Hotels.com, and we wouldn’t be charged because he couldn’t accommodate us. Still checking on that.

Waterfront Cabin on Lake Superior Sleeps 7 Plus ppl
The Water Tower Inn, BW Premier Collection
We stayed here last year and they had cnn, abc, nbc and cbs. Now they have none of these so a very boring t.v. when we checked in there was zero greeting. When we would come in in the evening the lady was at the desk doing nothing and zero greeting. Very, very odd for a hotel.

Everything was great. Room was great and staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I have been to in a while. Pool was nice and warm. Hot tub was good. Great location. Close to everything. Would definitely stay there again

Breakfast buffet was okay, not hugely appetizing. Maybe add some cut up fresh fruit, granola, nuts. Dinner at the restaurant was very good - nice menu and well prepared food. Hotel rooms and hallways a bit outdated.
