The rooms are not soundproof at all. I was unable to sleep because the neighboring room was watching TV at around 1 a.m. My room also had an unpleasant smell.

Motel 6 Framingham, MA - Boston West
Toilet seat not secure, only one bolt barely holding it on. I stayed 3 nights, my room only cleaned after the first night, had to go to front desk for clean towels. Trash never emptied my entire time. Coffee was good, water was hot with good pressure in shower, and heater worked well
