"Hi, check in was smooth, room relatively clean on 15th floor. It was quite difficult to get a lift to 15th floor so we had to take stairs. The selection of food at breakfast was good, plenty to choose from ( coffee tea, juice, bread, bread rols, cheese, ham, salami, fruit, vegetables, jam, cereals, ..."
