Too early for outdoor pool. Front desk person at check in was not very friendly or helpful. Made us feel less than welcome. Didn’t seem interested in answering any questions. Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Lake Geneva Resort by IHG
We were under the impression our stay included breakfast. It didn’t. The facilities are lovely but room itself and buildings were not clean. Hallways weren’t vacuumed. Floors in room were not vacuumed… lots of “ crumbs” on carpet.
