They gave my room away to someone else even though I prepaid. This meant that I had to call around to 8 other hotels until I found one that was further away and I had to pay for an Uber ride to get to the other hotel in the middle of the night when I should have been sleeping.

The hotel is literally falling apart everywhere. The staff are beyond unhappy and make it completely clear they do not want to be there. The doors to the rooms apparently need replacing and it is almost impossible to get into them. You have to pull the door to you and spend up to 10 minutes trying ...
