Friendly staff. Spacious room. It took a few hours for the room to cool off, but once it did the AC worked fine. Great real refrigerator with functioning freezer. Needs work on being dingy and musty in the lobby. Need more and better pillows. Can't beat it for the price. I recommend.

The pool is green! The back door don't lock dirty all around to the point me and my family walk in and out. Book a different hotel and check out being told we were getting a refund well it's now almost 2 months and still no refund

Check in was easy, if you don’t know how to parallel park you’ll have some trouble, so learn how to do it lol. Hotel is everything you need to see/experince Roswell. Girl who checked me in gave me great recs for food and drinks and they also gave me great recs for breakfast the next day

The room was quiet, clean, and spacious at lower cost than the other hotels. Staff were amazing from start to finish. If I am ever staying in Roswell again I am booking here.
