The location of the Inn is perfect and it’s so convenient to downtown The reals are dated and smell musty. The pool bar was not open despite it saying it was open on Thursdays.

The Waterfront Inn
Room was spacious and clean - everything up to date for a 20 year old hotel. Great location near Lake Sumter downtown. Good restaurant and outdoor pool and hot tub were very clean. Would highly recommend.

Hotel Eastport
The hotel is very nice and the rooms clean with balcony for me is a plus . They have music a bar and a restaurant the food was delicious I really enjoyed my stay and definitely going again there’s a lot of businesses to open

Room was clean, staff was very polite, pool appeared dirty however it was too cold to swim. The hotel needs to be reconditioned. Elevator needs a makeover badly...workout area is unusable. Overall ok but in need of updates
