No microwave in the room. No creamer for coffee at the breakfast they provide. I got stuck in the elevator for about 40 minutes. None of the emergency phones or equipment in the elevator were working.

The location was great and the room was comfy and nicely decorated. My only complaint is that housekeeping never came. If they have a policy about that, we weren't aware and I never saw it posted. The staff was very friendly. Overall, a nice place to stay.
