AC worked well and heater. Beds were clean. Laundry could use an update, it smelled and half of the machines were not working properly. But kitchen worked well and dishes and fridge all well. Breakfast was okay, warm average options.

We tired to check in to our room just before 11pm, the code was incorrect. We went back to the lobby and by sheer luck a person who worked there ran into us. He was able to call someone to get the correct code. Customer Service is not bad it’s just not there at all. You are on your own.
