Best Western Delta Inn
I was skeptical but was pleasantly surprised when we checked in and the lobby was nice and the rooms were clean. This place was as as nice as any of the high end hotels we have stayed at. Great pool area and breakfast was better then most places we have stayed.The staff was friendly and helpful!

Best Western Heartland Inn
Nice clean safe and located perfectly. Lots space to congregate in common areas for groups or families. I didn’t stay for breakfast but the common area was the breakfast area too. Looks like they put out a good one..

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mattoon by IHG
Staff was nice, room was clean, and breakfast was good. Location was convenient for restaurants and shopping. Rooms are in need of serious updating and renovation. Bathroom fixtures were very old and dated. Furniture also very worn out. Pool and hot tub were out of service for our two day stay.

Clarion Pointe Mattoon near University
The hotel was updated/new , the room was clean and neat. The staff was great , it’s close to everything you would need. The hallway kept getting dirty with mud because of some blue collar workers , but they kept up with it. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the elevator was out of order ...
