Holiday Inn Express Edinburgh - Leith Waterfront by IHG
Breakfast was good but room wasn't clean enough. There were no proper heating and it was cold. Heater(clima )had very bad noise and and no heating but nothing changed. Fire alarm gone off at night and we were panicked . fortunately it was fake alarm.

Hotel was nice although room (chose a suite) wasn’t up to the standard I expected with a wooden slat broken on bathroom blinds and the blinds being unable to close. The wooden floors were scratched and the carpet didn’t look the cleanest. We were greeted at reception but not the warmest welcome. ...

Room and bathroom were clean with adequate parking behind. Could not get staff on the phone when fire alarm went off but another occupant managed. There's a Tesco extra very close to the property.
