The room was dirty and had black mold in the bathroom. The outside door never worked with the given keys. The security guard / engineer m was extremely rude and nasty. The hotel would be much better off without him. Maybe they would even be able to get rid of the black mold and have working doors. ...

No hot water for 24 hour, in able to shower in the morning before a family event. That evening could not shower again. The first night extremely loud until 2:30 am. All we got from front desk was srry
