Best Western Plus The Arden Park Hotel
Nice, newly refreshed room but the shower was very problematic to operate. Two attempts to fix it but I never did get it working properly. Choices were hot or cold and nothing in between. Staff were lovely and the food in the restaurant was good. I would definitely stay there again.

The Parlour Inn, an Ascend Collection Hotel
Very quaint and well kept property. However, rooms have very thin walls, lots of noise from neighbouring rooms and also a lot of street noise. Lastly, not helpful that restaurant only opens for breakfast at 8:00am.

The gentleman who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. I locked myself out and he came to my rescue even though the office closed at 10. The room had been renovated and was very clean. I will definitely stay again the next time I’m in Stratford! Thank you!
