My room was never cleaned, even after I physically went to the front desk and requested service. Additionally, the room had a strong chlorine smell from the pool area, and the hallway consistently smelled like cigarette smoke.

Pretty much spot on. Staff were great, food was a touch expensive, but I accept that as it’s a hotel. Was pretty good though. Now, only let down was the temperature of the room, BUT I knew there was no air con. It is made really clear on the website. Would recommend.
