The property does not have air conditioning, there are no phones in the rooms so if you have an issue or need something, you have to see someone at the desk. There were no washcloths in the bathroom. The beds were hard.

we really enjoyed this hotel. They had an a spa that was included that had a steam room, sauna hot tub and a pool. The room was nice, ive stayed before and the standards vary. But overall a lovely stay with a nice pool, jacuzzi and sauna for free with the stay. Free parking and comfy beds.

Only one small problem - no iron in the room - only a garment steamer was available which did not take out the wrinkles in my clothes. Plus no operating instructions were with it.

Excellent location. Parking in underground car park good and inexpensive. Staff were very helpful. The Air conditioning was not functioning however was being repaired. As the weather wasn’t too bad this was not an issue during our stay.
