I was canceled about an hour before check-in time. When I was able to reach a hotel "ambassador" after 3 attempts, I was told 1st Class Guests take precedence over me. THIS IS UNNACCEPTABLE. If I had canceled this late, I would still have been charged. RESERVATIONS MEAN NOTHING TO THIS HOTEL.

This is a wonderful hotel. The double bed suite was clean and fresh smelling. The lobby staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was space kept very clean and the food was fresh. The pool looked clean. Parking was easy. We will be staying again this summer.

The property is clean. But we booked a room with 2 queen size beds, instead were given a room with one king and a very uncomfortable pull out sofa. We were told that we should complain to Expedia …. And nothing was done for the situation. Breakfast was available- not good though .
