I stayed 4 days and couldn’t manage to get my room cleaned from housekeeping during my stay. Front desk staff did the very minimal in answering questions and addressing issues. Apathetic at best. Rooms could use a refresh as it was apparent flooding had occurred at some point in the past.

There was no breakfast offered except for a high fee Not as advertised and the pool was not opened which is a key feature. We arrived an hour early and they wanted an early check in fee. The stay was very disappointing.

Room wasn’t ready at check in time and the hot tub was supposed to be fixed but was not. Pool area had no towels and was not clean.
