They were so accommodating! I arrived early in the day and was in town for a funeral, they let me check in at 9 am as I took a red eye and was exhausted! They shuttled me to and from the airport, no problem! Thank you!

Waterpark was small bad set up no whirlpool/hot tub lazy river was horrible kids were throwing up coughing in water there was a incident we had to be out of water for 30mins to an hr.

Valet parking is nice. The location is convenient to Mayo Clinic and Methodist Hospital. Shopping is close by if you need a break. The staff is generally nice. All the food was horrible! I tried several items at different times of the day and even desert, all barley able to choke down, one totally unable to eat sent back. Do Better, we don't stay at 4 stars to have to walk to another hotel for food!
