Staff were amazing especially over the Christmas holidays. The room was not as nice as it was last time we stayed. The toilet was cracked, carpets were badly stained and the wall paper was coming off the wall.

Visitors Inn
we have stayed at Visitors Inn many times with no complaints. This time, we booked a non smoking suite for two nights. Upon checking in , the room had an obvious smoking smell , as if it had been smoked in frequently. We let management know right away and again upon leaving.

We arrived at around 3 pm and immediately went to our room. It was very big with a king size bed, small fridge and a microwave. I think this room may have been for wheel chair access.
