The staff was very friendly and warm - parking is easy. No breakfast available during our stay was disappointing but not a dealbreaker - we enjoyed the pool and did not have problems with other guests or noise. Would come back another time.

The only place I'll stay in Kansas City. The staff is always friendly. The hotel is always clean. I always feel safe there with my kids. The breakfast is delicious. And I love the swimming pool and hot tub.
