Villa Mercedes Merida, Curio Collection by Hilton
Clean room, large bathroom, well situated. I didn’t try the pool as it was very shaded and not the most inviting. Gym was small but served its purpose. Most of the hotel staff were lovely though we did encounter some people who weren’t so helpful. We would return.

The staff was rude and unwelcoming. Didn't even look up when we arrived, the towel rack fell off when I tried to use it, the sheets had blood stains and the shower sprayed sideways.
